Managing your Account
Magic Link is the easiest way to access your Bink account without having to set or remember a password.
To use Magic Link, simply click on 'Continue with Email' and enter the email address that you want to use to register or that is associated to your existing Bink account. You will then receive an email directly to your inbox that contains the Magic Link.
Click on the link to access your Bink account or create one. Don't share or forward the Magic Link - it's just for you.
Magic Links can expire, simply regenerate a new one from Bink to access your account.
The device you click the Magic Link on is the one where you will access your Bink account. If you want to log in to your Bink account from another device, simply generate a Magic Link from Bink.
How do I change the marketing messages I receive?
The marketing messages can be changed in the 'Settings' tab within the Bink app. Once here, simply select 'Preferences.'
This will take you to a new screen where you can choose to opt in or out.
Struggling to contact us?
If you are struggling to contact us from your Bink app, it may indicate that you are running on an older version and that you need to update your app.
The latest available app version is 2.0 on both iOS and Android.

How do I close my Bink account?
We would be sad to see you go, however if you would like to close your account please contact us via email on email@example.com and one of our Customer Supporters will be happy to help.
