Where can I access my account?

You can log into your account from a mobile phone, a tablet or a laptop. To login, simply enter your email address and click on the link sent to your inbox.

Please note that the device you click the link on is the device you will be signed in on.

It says the link has expired. What do I do?

For security reasons, the link expires after a certain period of time has elapsed. Simply re-add your email address to generate another link.

Why do I have to add my payment card?

Your payment card is how we identify and reward you whenever you make a purchase. Bink uses their proprietary technology, Payment Linked Loyalty®, to securely connect your membership card with your registered payment card. By linking your payment card to your membership, you will automatically collect loyalty whenever you make an eligible purchase.

What types of payment cards can I add to my account?

Any Visa, Mastercard or American Express debit or credit cards can be added to your account.

I have a new payment card - how do I add it to my account?

Log into your account and scroll to the Payment Cards section. Click on the '+' button and enter your card information. Click on Add Card when you are done.

Your payment card will be added to your account automatically once it has been validated.

How do I unlink my payment card?

Login to your account and head to the Payment Cards section. Click on the Bin icon on the payment card you want to delete. Enter the last 4 digits of the payment card you want to remove and click on Delete Card to confirm.

Please note that this cannot be undone and any loyalty outstanding loyalty will not be allocated to your account.

How does it work?

Whenever you make an eligible purchase in a participating store with your linked payment card, you will collect a stamp.

Please note that you need to use your linked payment card to collect rewards.

How long does it take for my stamp to appear?

Usually your stamp will appear within a day of your purchase. Please ensure that you refresh your account before checking your stamp balance. In certain instances it can take up to 7 days for your stamp to be allocated.

I made a purchase but have not received my stamp.

Make sure that your purchase was eligible:

  • did you link your payment card to your membership card before the purchase?
  • did you spend the necessary amount in a single transaction?
  • did you wait for a minimum of 7 days?

I forgot to use my linked payment card to make a purchase.

All purchases must be made on a linked payment card to be eligible and count towards your loyalty balance.

What happens when I complete a stamp card?

You will receive a voucher which will be automatically loaded to your account in the Voucher section.

Where can I see my vouchers?

All your valid vouchers are stored in the Voucher section of your account.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Each voucher has a unique code. Show the voucher code at the till for your voucher to be redeemed. Once your voucher has been redeemed, it will automatically be moved to your Rewards history.

How do I remove my payment card or my loyalty card from all channels?

If you own an account on several channels, such as the Barclays and Bink apps, or on your retailer's website, you need to remove your payment cards or loyalty cards from all channels. You can also remove your cards from a single channel and leave them in others if you wish.
